Yes. You must always wear a helmet. For 50cc we have some lightweight helmets that are smaller. If you drive without a helmet, the police will fine you.

The rental includes: Helmet, third party insurance and a guide who will accompany you throughout the route. There will also be a well-loved quad bike.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance, a refund of the amount paid will be made. We keep €20 of the total to pay taxes and administrative fees.
-If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a voucher with the amount paid, valid for 1 year.
-If the reservation is canceled without prior notice, no money will be refunded.

Yes, all of our tours have one or more stops where you can take whatever photos you want! If you want a specific photo with a stunning landscape of the Alentejo coast, our guides will be happy to take it! And of course, don't forget to tag Natours when publishing your photos on social media (#natours or @natours.passeios).

No, everyone can drive! Before the tour starts, our guides will explain everything to you so you're ready to have fun off-road driving!

The minimum age for the ATV tour is 10 years old, and the maximum age is 70 years old.

Your walking tour guides are experienced local biologists, specializing in nature conservation and birdwatching.

The most common species in our region are: white stork (Ciconia ciconia), Eurasian spoonbill (Platalea leucorodia), glossy ibis (Plegadis falcinellus), Eurasian coot (Fulica atra), black-winged stilt (Himantopus himantopus), little owl (Athene noctua), Iberian magpie (Cyanopica cooki), wild boar (Sus scrofa), European hedgehog (Erinaceus europaeus), red fox (Vulpes vulpes), among others.
It is not guaranteed that we will spot all these species.

If the cancellation occurs on our part due to bad weather or other reasons, the customer may receive a refund or reschedule the tour for another day.
If the cancellation is made by the customer, it must be done at least 48 hours before the visit to receive a refund. If the cancellation is made after this period or if the customer does not show up on the day of the tour, the amount will not be refunded.
